4 x Corn Tortilla wraps.
4 x lettuce leaves
½ x red onion finely sliced
4 x chicken fillets cut into fine strips
1 tbspn oil
2 slices canned pineapple(chopped)
8 slices cool cucumber.
Heinz Sriracha sauce

- Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the chicken until its browned and cooked add the pineapple pieces and toss together until hot.
- Warm the wraps then lay out on the work top.
- In each wrap place a lettuce leaf some sliced red onion, cucumber and a good squirt of Heinz Sriracha sauce.
- Next divide the hot chicken and pineapple between the wraps and roll up nice and tight and enjoy.
